I make films. I also take photographs, paint, write, and play guitar — and none of it happens in separate rooms.
I started behind a camera and learned production from the inside out: lighting, sound, edit, color, delivery. That path is the reason I produce the way I do. I know what I'm asking for when I ask for it, and I know what it costs.
Trained at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in film, video, and new media. Seven years building a media operation from nothing. Three years producing documentary work on artists' rights. Now leading production at a creative agency.
Leading production across brand campaigns, content series, and live work. Joined as videographer and editor; now responsible for creative execution end to end.
Core producer on the Art Vérité Film Library — a documentary series on artists' rights and the intersection of art, business, and law, distributed to universities, galleries, and art institutions. Led projects from development through delivery alongside the Executive Producer and Director: casting vision, building filming and post crews, owning budgets and schedules, and managing final delivery. Served separately as Director of Photography and camera operator on individual shoots.
Built and led the media operation for one of Chicago's largest urban churches — 2,000+ members, 13,000+ media reach. Sole videographer: concept, script, storyboard, shoot, edit. Recruited and trained creative and technical teams, directed live multi-camera production for weekly services and large-scale events, and built the digital asset and delivery workflow from scratch.
Created content for brand identity and communication alongside the creative team. Managed media assets, transcoding, and backup; assisted directors on shoots and B-roll.
